HOW IT WORKS

Using SpermoCheck is simple, fast, and designed for privacy. In just a few easy steps, you can measure your key sperm concentration at home.

Collect Your Sample: Collect your semen sample into the provided collection cup. Abstain from sexual activity for 3–7 days before collection for accuracy.
Wait for Liquefaction: Allow the collected sample to stand for 60 minutes at room temperature until it is fully liquefied.
Prepare the Mixture: Use the semen transfer device to draw 0.1 mL of the liquefied semen and add it to the vial of Sample Dilution Buffer. Mix well by turning the vial upside down 5-10 times.
Run the Test: Invert the specimen tube and transfer 2 full drops of the diluted specimen (approx. 80 μL) to the specimen well (S) of the test cassette, then start the timer.
Get Your Results: Read your results exactly 5 minutes after dispensing the specimen. Do not read the results after 10 minutes. The result will indicate if your sperm concentration is above or below 15 million/mL.
